What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?

Both techniques support a full fixed arch on implants. With All-on-6 the load is spread over more implants, which is useful when the bone allows it and maximum stability is desired; All-on-4 is suitable when bone is more limited. The choice is made after the X-ray and digital planning.

All-on-6 in Albania: planning your trip

Usually two trips are needed: the first, of about a week, for surgery and fixed provisional teeth; the second, a few months later, for the final bridge. Before travelling you can send us a recent panoramic X-ray on WhatsApp for a first assessment.

How much does All-on-6 cost in Albania?

The price depends on the number of implants, any extractions and the type of final bridge. After the exam you receive a complete quote. A single implant costs from 35,000 lek (about €380).

How soon will I have fixed teeth?

In most cases fixed provisional teeth are fitted within 3–5 days of surgery.

Does the surgery hurt?

It is performed under local anaesthesia (or sedation if indicated). In the following days swelling and discomfort are managed with prescribed medication.

How long does All-on-6 last?

With good hygiene and regular check-ups the implants can last a lifetime; the bridge may need maintenance over time.
