E.max veneers do not change colour, but the gums and teeth underneath still need care. Brush twice a day with a non-abrasive toothpaste and floss every day.
Do not bite hard objects such as nails, pens, ice or nuts in their shells, and never use your teeth to open things.
If you grind your teeth at night, your dentist may recommend a night guard. Have a check-up and professional clean every 6 months.
